PathMind Labs is a United States-based software company. We provide a human-centered development platform designed to support leadership, coaching, and structured professional growth.
We do not sell personal information.
We treat all client and member data as confidential.
This Policy also explains your rights under applicable privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Controller vs. Processor
In certain situations, PathMind Labs acts as a data controller, meaning we determine how and why Personal Data is processed (for example, for website visitors or account registration).
In other situations, we act as a data processor or service provider on behalf of our customers (such as organizations using the Ascent platform for their teams). In those cases, the customer determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.
If you are using the Services through an organization, your organization may be the data controller. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of our customers.

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, Ascent platform, applications, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by PathMind Labs, LLC (“PathMind Labs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

 

SECTION 1: DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

PathMind Labs provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to support leadership development, coaching engagement, structured learning, assessments, reflections, and professional growth.

The Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Structured programs and learning paths
  • Assessment tools
  • Journals and reflection features
  • Notes and collaboration tools
  • Task management
  • Content hosting and delivery
  • Communication features

The Services are provided for professional development purposes only.

The Services are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal services and do not replace professional advice from licensed professionals.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content, you grant PathMind Labs a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Services.

You represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the content
  • The content does not violate applicable law
  • The content does not infringe the rights of any third party

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell User Content.

 

SECTION 5: ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

any part of the Services without written permission.

SECTION 8: PAYMENTS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

If you purchase a subscription or paid feature:

  • Payments are non-refundable unless required by law or otherwise specified

In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by you to PathMind Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PathMind Labs, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Texas, except where prohibited by law.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitration.
