If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization,
you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these
Terms.

You retain ownership of your User Content.
By submitting User Content, you grant PathMind Labs a
limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, and display
such content solely for the purpose of providing and operating the Services.
You represent that:

- The
content does not violate applicable law
- The
content does not infringe the rights of any third party
We do not claim ownership of your content and do not sell
User Content.

by you to PathMind Labs in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving

officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and
expenses arising from:
